Area 27 offers your organization a unique opportunity to host exclusive track days and luxury events through our facility rental options. Our team is here to assist with all event planning needs from event rentals, catering, on-site fuel, and more.

The facility is available for exclusive private rentals both full day and after-hours opportunities for groups on select dates throughout the season. Newly opened Area 27’s 12,000 sq ft clubhouse offers the South Okanagan another corporate venue available for after-hours rentals for receptions, meetings, corporate retreats, and weddings.
