At the ZR2 Off-Road Academy, drivers explore the full capabilities of Chevrolet’s most advanced off-road lineup yet—the Silverado and Colorado ZR2 editions. These vehicles are purpose-built to tackle demanding landscapes with confidence, featuring cutting-edge technology and unmatched comfort for a truly premium off-road experience.
The custom-designed Birds of Prey course leaves no terrain untouched. Navigate natural obstacles like riverbed rock crawls, fallen log crossings, steep hill climbs, and shifting gravel and sand trails—all crafted to challenge drivers of every experience level in a safe and thrilling environment.

LEVEL 1
3-Hour ZR2 OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE

Short on time but big on excitement? The 3-Hour ZR2 Off-Road Experience offers an adrenaline-filled taste of technical off-roading—perfect for newcomers, thrill-seekers, or anyone curious about Chevrolet’s most capable trucks.
Behind the wheel of a Colorado or Silverado ZR2, you’ll tackle a series of purpose-built obstacles designed to simulate real-world off-road terrain—from articulation challenges to steep ascents and descents. With expert coaching by your side, you’ll learn how to engage ZR2-specific features like front and rear lockers, Multimatic DSSV dampers, and terrain mode selections, all while building the foundational skills for confident all-terrain driving.
This half-day session packs maximum fun into a focused format—ideal for individuals, groups, or corporate outings looking for something bold, memorable, and wildly unique.

Your day begins at the purpose-built Birds of Prey Off-Road Park, where Chevrolet’s latest Colorado and Silverado ZR2 models come to life across a range of technical obstacles. With coaching from our experienced off-road team, you’ll learn how to navigate steep climbs, controlled descents, side tilts, articulation zones, and more—all while mastering the features that make the ZR2 lineup so capable.
In the afternoon, you’ll head off the course and into real-life terrain, putting your new skills to the test with confidence. It’s a full-scope experience that gives you the tools to handle a wide range of off-road situations with control and ease.
Whether you’re new to off-roading or looking to sharpen your technique, this day is all about pushing limits—with guidance, support, and the thrill of discovering what you (and your truck) can really do.
